Bio Sam Parsons: 

With over a decade of high-level industry experience ranging from sales leadership, all the way to general management, Sam is a natural performer with a proven track record of impressive volume sales. This includes achievements through negotiations over $300,000,000 in sales annually while working for one of Australia’s most well-known and respected volume builders. A double-degree graduate, Sam is a perpetual learner with a drive for knowledge and continual personal and professional development. He prides himself on his genuine ability to build rapport and trust through communication, as his most notable personal qualities and the foundation for achieving the best outcome for all parties. As a not-for-profit member of Read the Play in Geelong and a passionate mental health advocate, Sam believes that everyone deserves the right to live their best life – starting with children – and that with a healthy mind, anything can be achieved. 

Bio Elisha Jackman: 

Elisha commenced her real estate career in 2002 and has established a fine reputation as a gifted and highly successful property manager. Having a great eye for detail and appreciation of the needs of owners and tenants makes her a natural at property management. Elisha brings to Avenue Five a high level of service and personal attention. In turn, she receives ongoing referrals and repeats business from her loyal customer base. Outgoing and friendly, Elisha’s goal is to provide an authentic, reliable, and enjoyable experience for all of her clients. When not engrossed in her work, Elisha’s time is with her family and friends, whether that be karate, soccer, swimming, or a picnic. 

Bio Quentin Walker: 

Quentin is extremely outgoing and the embodiment of hard work, dedication, and service to the community is what he prides himself on.  Residing in Geelong, his real estate acumen is evident as its reach covers much of the area in Geelong and the Surf Coast. His extensive background in sales consultancy helps give vision to potential buyers and sellers when considering what a property could be in the future. All of which is reflected in the top-notch negotiation skills Quentin possesses under the auspices of Avenue Five. Whenever Quentin isn’t charged with client representation, he enjoys staying in shape, playing sports, reading, helping inspire others to believe in themselves, their abilities, and most especially their sense of focus. 

Bio Lucy Blackwood:

Recently finalising her study at RMIT in Marketing and Digital Media, the opportunity to work at Avenue Five presented at the perfect time whilst Lucy was looking for her next career move to better herself both personally and professionally. A born and bred Torquay local, the past seven years of Lucy’s life have involved working in customer serviced based roles – most recently in the private health sector. Away from the office, Lucy enjoys spending time down the coast, indulging in the region’s local cuisines and supporting the local music industry.

Bio Kirraley Hardiman: 

Coming from an artistic background, Kirraley has always had an eye for detail which now plays a huge role in her design. After completing her Bachelor of Communication Design at RMIT, Kirraley has gone on to produce work for household names including Cadbury, Vegemite, Hungry Jacks, Bunnings, and many more. She enjoys collaborating with like-minded individuals who understand and appreciate the role which branding plays in a business, which is what founded her ongoing relationship with Avenue Five. Aside from founding and directing her own business, away from work Kirraley can be found painting, undertaking home renovations, and going on road trips with her partner.
